Delivery Information

Standard delivery will be charged at £8.00 regardless of how many items you order. Each order will be charged a separate delivery charge. If only part of your order is available, we will only dispatch the items that are in stock, and cancel the out of stock items. You will not be charged for items not sent out to you.

Our deliveries are made by FedEx and will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

If you're not in when we try to deliver your products, the delivery person will post a card through your door so you can contact FedEx to arrange re-delivery or collection.

All financial transactions from our website are handled by PayPal on their secure servers. PayPal is one of the safest, fastest and most secure ways to carry out online payments and your bank, credit or debit card details are fully secure and protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection guarantee.

Returns Policy

Goods can either be returned to our showroom or by post - the return address is below. 

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 28 days of delivery.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, and complete with all tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased.
Without a receipt we will exchange or refund in vouchers at the last known selling price.

If your payment card expires before we process your refund please contact customer services by telephone with your order number, and we'll send you a cheque for the correct amount.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your parcel, please be aware it may take up to 10 days for the refunded money to show in your account depending on your bank.

We're sorry but we don't accept returns through our couriers.  If you need to return a parcel you can do so by returning the item to our showroom or by sending the parcel as above.
